1. Use of the App

Our App provides various calculators (financial, health, educational, etc.) and an AI-powered conversational chat interface. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App.

2. Disclaimer of Accuracy (Calculators)

All standard calculators (including but not limited to EMI, SIP, Tax, BMI, and Conversion tools) are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

  • No Financial Advice: We are not financial advisors. The results generated by the App do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • Verification Required: You should independently verify all calculations before making any significant financial, investment, or business decisions. We hold no liability for any errors or financial losses resulting from the use of our calculators.

3. AI Chat Feature

The App includes a Conversational AI feature powered by third-party AI services.

  • Accuracy: AI can make mistakes. The responses generated by the AI should not be taken as absolute truth, especially regarding critical financial, medical, or legal matters.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or any part of it without our explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services (such as Google AdMob for advertising and third-party AI models for functionalities). Your use of these third-party integrations is also subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevNova Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the calculation results or AI responses.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevNova Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
